Xbox One Quest Giver Problem

Currently, the main quest giver, Captain Kaleen is invisible, and can't be talked to to get a quest. I went and rescued the thief, and went to Kaleen's HQ, to get a quest for The Howler, and she's upstairs, invisible. You get the button prompt to talk to her, but nothing happens. I'm sure I'm not the only one, as there are a horde of people around her jumping as well. What to do now?
