Linking multiple gamertags

My family has multiple gamer tags for xboxone on one console. Can they all be linked or do the have to create a separate eso account each when they start the game?

I agree with @w4rk1ng this is a good question, I searched this up for you and found out that each Xbox Live Gamertag or PSN Online ID on a console will have a unique ESO account and login.

I believe that you will have to create separate eso accounts for each gamertag.

This is a good question, if you could have multiple xbl accounts linked to a single ESO account you should have access to all the dlc that was purchased via main ESO account
