Doing these three things above will stop most of the lagging you experience. We have tested it in our groups of 48 people. IF WE ALL spam purge/healing springs, ONLY THOSE people who do not have these setting changes above start screaming 'lag omg lag'. Everyone else in my party who accepts these settings doesn't see one problem.
This will stop 90% of lag problems. The other 10% (like when 48vs48 stack a flag) is a server side problem that cannot be fixed by setting changes.
My fee for your lag free pvp experience is 1 million dollars. Thank you ESO. PST me for my Paypal info.
Using dawnbeaker does that for you.

FPS isnt a issue... its when your in the middle of no where and unable to sucessfully cast abilitys because of the number of players in the server.
or in the middle of a attempt to dethrone a EMP between all three factions and while you can see your abilitys moving flawlessly, most of them never take effect or even register that they were cast for 10s-1m+
if you can find settings that fix the lag caused by having full factional poplock, do share... but anything FPS related is better off in Support at this point as it should be obvious if your FPS is chugging, you need to turn down a few of your settings.
i hate to be the *** with this reply, yet i dont.... some stuff should be blantently obvious.
and these forums have already had this topic made quite a few times...

These setting changes will improve performance for nearly everyone. My friends who have $10k machines don't have these problems and 'I never see the lag' is what they say. But for the average person, this will help, a lot.
