Explorer Pack not working?

Is anyone else having issues being able to create any race with any faction? I own the explorer pack, however, it is preventing me from picking any race with Ebonheart.and the pet dont show

I got the Imperial edition and I'm having the same issue. I checked both collections and the crown store, just to see if there were any extra options to activate either one, and the crown store just wants to charge me for them. So we may end up needing to submit a ticket.

Did you guys actually download it? I had to queue it up from the store page myself, Didn't download automatically. Haven't been able to login yet because of the servers so I don't know if it's working or not yet.

Yes I am also having the same problem. No Imperial DLC or Explorers pack DLC. Also, I purchased 1 month ESO Plus and have yet to receive my crowns & access to the DLC from that. ZOS told me on Reddit however that it could take up to 24 hours for my crowns etc. to come through and they're looking into it.

If you game share Elder scrolls online on xbox one, should the dlc (explorer pack) work on the other profile that you game shared with? It's not working for me. I have re-downloaded the dlc but it still won't work.

Is there a way we can fully delete our elderscrollsonline account to try to recreating an account to see if that will fix the dlc issue?
