You need to verify your account before you can log on (xbox one)

So I have previously verified my account as i was part of the beta testing on the xbox one, but now i cannot log into the game as i am being told that i need to verify my account. I have pressed x to resend email but have had nothing, this was last night and its the same this morning. I would like to be able to play the game so is there a way i can unlink my account so i can start again or is there another fix
