Just posting that here will probably get it fixed on the next patch as they always do but eh, at least it'll be fun until that moment.
There is a nice little visual bug with mounts that can occur where you are in the wrong position and using the wrong animations for the mount you are on. It's only affecting your local game and doesn't break anything, just looks cool.
How to make it work:
Simple mount up on something (I only have a horse so I'll use that). When mounted, open up the Crown Store ( , ) and go to the mount tab. Now go ahead and open a preview of any mount other than yours (right now there are only horses and guars so I'll use a guar). Now as you preview yourself mounted on a guar, simply close back the crown store. Mount up again and you will be using the position and animations of the mount you were previewing on the mount you are on. For my side, I was using the guar ones on top of a horse, just like if I was riding Epona in Zelda games!
I'm not sure if you need to be mounted before for it to work, but that's how I found out when I accidentally ran into that issue. I had to redo it to make sure it would work everytime.
It will stay like that even if you unmount and remount. The way to fix it is simply to relog or go preview a mount similar to the one you use or change mount type (last one untested, I only have a horse).
