VDSA 11846 Score Full Run (VIDEO)(2% Crit PvP Buffs)

Here our run we did 1 day ago. I hope our tactics help some of you so you can improve

This was done with only a 2% Crit bonus from PvP buffs.

When we ever get PvP buffs on Pact side on EU server we will reach 12k. Without we are trying to improve to 11.9k, we still had many errors in the run and we can probably squeez out 20s+.

Also, in my Opinion CP system and PvP buffs are the worst Idea because it will never be fair to compete on Leaderboards! I hope ZOS will introduce a leaderboard where our CP+PvP buffs are "Negated/Canceled" so we can see the REAL good players based on skills and not on CP and PvP buffs

Kinda like a "Nightmare" or "Insanity" Mode with NO CP points + NO PvP Buffs + stronger Enemies

First, wow. Good job.

Second, 400 CP's (holy cow - may as well round up )

Last, I would think they would be able to implement some kind of normalizing for the score based on CP's/Buffs. Not sure how long it would take to make it balanced though. (Perhaps crank up the difficulty automatically based on certain factors (CP's), even without Nightmare mode?)

Just had an epiphany: Would be potentially interesting to introduce a continuous wave version, with each getting progressively harder for a set amount of rez's (perhaps just one each).

Score could then primarily be based on just how long you last.

What do you think?

Well that could work too, before 1.6 we had at least a death penalty, that is gone now, even that would already help to be more careful again...but ZOS logic

I have 220 CP atm, there are other teams that have all 350+ points. So we are kinda far behind with cp lol

Nice job guy!

Our group was able to get a 11622 on the NA side... so we are getting there. You might have some more competition before you know it!

Currently are sole goal is to take the number 1 spot on both EU and NA servers... so seeing scores like this gives us more motivation to better ourselves.

First off, congrats. Second I totally agree on both points.

PVP buffs has been an EP issue since we lost azure star. It has made leading the leader boards just that much harder for months.

Many players I have talked to feel tired of the cp system. Since you are EP, you may have heard the rumor about the person in our faction who has over 700 cp. I can't imagine what new players, returning players, or players who hate grinding cp will feel in another month or so as the cp disparities become greater and greater. Getting rewarded for playing my ass. I haven't gotten a single cp for checking vendors (my favorite part of the game) and others get tons of cp through exploiting bugs that they are lucky enough to find.

@ZOS_GinaBruno Please pass this along about cp. Here you have the literal best players in vdsa, some of the most dedicated players in eso, and they don't like the effect of cp, at least not on competition in the game. Us players never asked for CP. The rhetoric that preceded the champion point systems introduction was that players didn't like vet ranking because of its length. Well you know what? The CP system introduced a near infinite gind and most players I know would take vet ranks over cp if they could go back and change the development choices that were made. All that had to be done to vet ranks was to leave the boss grind alone, but instead we are forced to have a system that creates a big gap between players.

Champion points have also shoehorned players into certain builds and had the opposite effect of letting players be what they want to be. Now if you are a tank, then you must chose the tanking champion points and damn your chances of ever being as good of a dps as other players lest you pay the fine to reset champion points.

That dps, gotta love the cp system giving you that boost, i know a dk who can do 20k dps with just 300cp

Ye well, at the moment I only have 15% in Mighty because I only ahve 244CP. The moment i get 300+ I can put more points in there and gt 25% damage boost which is just stupid..

Highest I could do yet was approx 24k dps on last boss(with pvp buffs though)

I know how you feel I'm just at 250 today and I'm doing 18k on trial bosses. You might be now at 300 I'm guessing or close to it, cant wait to see the numbers. The only thing I don't like about this dps video is that the ravager set is broken and there receiving 600 weapon damage for free, plus also with camouflage hunter broken as well xD
