ESO Account issue
I dont know exactly if posting in here is helpful or not, but I'll give it a shot.
I used to be a subscriber to this game. Now that it is coming out to consoles, I'm interested in trying to play again, but I noticed that I can no longer log into the account portion of the website, either because the account itself has been locked/deleted, or the information that I once used to log in has been changed by somebody who is not me.
Now, the email address that was associated with this account has since been closed, and I can no longer access that email, and I have no way of changing the account information due to the fact being that I can no longer log into my account. Is there any way for this to be resolved on here, or do I have to call/email customer support?
