If we didn't find fighting you fun we wouldn't bother to talk to you on the forums nor tea-bag you on the battle field.

Open field (green-lands) fighting is by far the most fun to be had, it gives us a chance to take out the prox-bombs and seems to be less laggy than fighting near brick walls, DE love it

That's kind of what I meant yes, we were/are considered the killers of campaigns because we got blamed for all night capping, zerging etc. on Thornblade. We kill all the fun.

This was just before our 20 man group wiped decimation 1-5 at Chalman was it?

It's true what they say a good group can wipe 50+ pugs

Can tell you are lying exiles never runs more than 12m

Last night was first time for 3 weeks we had more than 12 people in a group because DE brought everything and the kitchen sink to Chalman. Then after Chalman we went back to our normal group.

I cant tell if you are trolling or actually believe it lol
I was at that nikel -> Roe 'push' last night XD

I hope Decimation will compete in the GvG tournament? I know it's only 12 people, but I don't think there's a limit on how many groups you can attend with, so you could probably sign up with a couple raids.

This thread is rather interesting though, reminds me of a lot of the EVE Online threads there a new up and coming alliance starts to smack talk the old school players and consider themselves far above their own abilities. If the fights in game were this interesting I might actually consider queuing for Azura, to farm some AP of course.

This kinda reminds me of the time when DC won their first Thornblade with the forum war coinsiding with it.

That cycle was one of the funniest Thornblade cycles during 1.6 for sure.

Actually it was,

somewhere in that huge blue wave was a group of 12 blues congratualting themselves over how awesome it is for their 12 man group to roll over 15 elite raids (which is generally only 1 organised raid of 15-20 anyway).

I think the problem the blues have is that the colour blue, being dull and a bit lacklustre kind of merges, so if your one of the blue zerg, you cant actually tell the difference between 12 and 200, its all one big blog of blues.

At least that what it looks like from the EP side.


Then again, it may just be Excile multi-boxing or something, there ARE only 12 players, but each running 4 clients?

I heard a story from ex elite member that the leaders of the guild is just a group of irl friends which doesn't even care about their members and how to play this game in the right way, that's why they are using outnumbering tactics by inviting everyone from the zone chat and stuff, is it so? Just curious, because in my opinion if it so you should be the last guys who are even talking about pvp. Yo, cause, for you, the pvp area is perceived as a big trial where you are running only in the big groups ( u allowed to be lower then 24-72 btw ) and spamming aoes, geez, It's like Big Boss will come on forum and will blame zergs and that small scale is dying, *** hillarious. No wonder why pvp in this game is just a piece of *** now. Im done. The biggest mistake is that I even checked this topic

EP should be ashamed of themselves. Why make the one server everyone goes to for decent PvP lag out like that? Don't blame it on free weekend, they don't run in raids of 75 to 100 all VR. Disgusting, game ruining behaviour. You can't enjoy it so why do it? You know the score with the megaserver.

Seriously I don't get it, so mad. PvP is supposed to be fun, tactical, a game between players. EP have got the lag to a state where I can't even walk forwards let alone weapon swap or use skills.

Why have 50 people running solo when you can get em to group up under a single banner and have fun?

DE has 1 organised team speak raid going, then we have as many PUG groups as needed to give everyone a home. We dont really tell these groups what to do, we let them ..... enjoy themselves.

As someone said, we are here to have fun, we have few rules, well 2 main ones. Wear the tabard, and don't be a ***.

We don't log when we get our arses handed to us, unlike some, because, we are having fun

Best guild I've been in in the last 25 years, i'm proud to be in DE

...and don't play dumb, you know as well as I do, the server can't handle that amount of players and calculations on 1 grid. Neither can the average PC or laptop so PvP just becomes an uninteractive PowerPoint presentation. Why do you keep calling it fun?
