Battle Spirit Buff Not Being Applied

FYI when the phoenix set revives me, it also removes my battle spirit.
When going from the sewer up the ladder in our home base area to districts, it doesn't always remove the buff (guesstimate of 1/3 of the time) now. ✭Since yesterday, I have not once lost Battle Spirit. I've gone in and out, up and down, etc. with different sets of gear.
Looks like this last patch fixed it for me!
