Does group finder work?

So, on and off for a while I have tried using the Group Finder tool in ESO to find groups for dungeons, but have never had any luck since they added dungeon scaling. Has anyone had any luck using the dungeon finder, or are they still working on it?

I think its still broken but not a 100% sure. Even if it did work its been broken for so long I don't think very many people use it.

It works as of yesterday. Just takes a while cuz there aren't many people playing and there are even fewer running dungeons and even fewer in you specific Zone and your specific faction... but most importantly those who are all of those things are just using Zone chat in capital cities instead. It sucks

but yeah it works. I am able to be put in a group eventually.

It's been working great for me for the past couple of nights (EU server)... Getting groups in minutes.

The last time I used it I didn't get a group for 5 hours. Haven't bothered since.
