Does Blessed in the Apprentice tree and Elfborn apply to self healing ?

Does Elemental expert in the Apprentice tree apply to ANY class skills that use flame frost or shock damage.

Does Elemental defender in the Lady tree apply to ANY skill using elemental damage?

    Yes. And there is NO changes in tooltips, but it works fine.
