Ok, so no subscription but still has been charging me for months?

Ok, so I just logged in for the first time since maybe December. Last I heard, membership was no longer a requirement and I see here that it's been charging me for months anyways. I there anyway I can request for a refund on all these months considering I haven't logged in at all? I don't even think there are benefits to the subscription anyways, so why the *** do they continue to charge?

I knew this comment would emerge. Do you really think my ESO sub was in mind for the past 5-6 months that I have not played it or even logged in?
