Ok, so no subscription but still has been charging me for months?

Ok, so I just logged in for the first time since maybe December. Last I heard, membership was no longer a requirement and I see here that it's been charging me for months anyways. I there anyway I can request for a refund on all these months considering I haven't logged in at all? I don't even think there are benefits to the subscription anyways, so why the *** do they continue to charge?

    Hold up, I jumped the gun on this. I just noticed that I payed for 180 days on January first. Please forgive me if I came off as rude or idiotic. Can you really blame me though?

    So you really thought that they auto cancelled every membership just because they added a new payment option?

    Make sure you cancelled your reccuring subscription or you will be billed again.

    As Rosveen said make sure you're sub is actually cancelled. The game still has a subscription option which doesn't auto cancel.

    I knew this comment would emerge. Do you really think my ESO sub was in mind for the past 5-6 months that I have not played it or even logged in? Seriously, you're acting like you wouldn't be perturbed if an outdated subscription service kept taking your money for months. Which, if you didn't bother to read the comment above you, I explained that I bought 180 days on January 1st and it has NOT been soaking up my money without my realizing it.

    Yes, I expect you to immediately cancel any subscription you have once you no longer wish to pay for it.

    The previous subscriptions for ESO were automatically transferred to ESO Plus memberships. If you haven't cancelled and you'd like to, please head to https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/, log in, and choose Manage Membership on the left.
