Banker disapears from time to time

I realised that the banker in Daggerfall keeps on disapearing from time to time...started with the patch where she started to walk around. Really anoying when you just want to log in and clean up the bank with your Level 3 mule.
Once I saw her poping up from nowhere and running to her new position.
Did anybody else realise that or am I the only one?
