I agree actually.
If the Champion System is supposed to represent account wide progressions (points are account wide) after you get to Vet level, then why does it not unlock for all characters.
Or.. have it unlock for all once you've completed Caldwell's gold. At that point you've already completed all content for all factions, so why not let alts go towards CP as well?

A whole whopping 5 Champion points (excluding Enlightenment) when you level from 1 - 50... It would require so much restructuring to get to the point where it would help support your request...

That's 22 CP when enlightened.
Just sayin...
Even with a mix of enlightened and not enlightened it would still be better than nothing, and a small token when you're probably doing all the quests for the second or third time if you already have any vet characters...
