When the lag in Cyrodiil gets going, which is often, my whole game world comes to a stand-still; all players stop moving and I can no longer cast anything. This usually persists for 5+ minutes until I either disconnect completely or I get sick of waiting and alt+F4. Now I know that I am not having connection issues because TeamSpeak, browsers, etc continue to work perfectly. The weird thing is that while others in my group experience lag and rubber-banding, no one else seems to be disconnecting and/or experiencing complete lag-out. Does anyone have any ideas regarding how to fix this?

What youre experiencing is what every player experiences at random times. When the zerg train on all alliances start rolling, EVERYBODY lags.
As soon as your game freezes, its a crash, so save yourself some time by simply ALT F4ing and restart. When the lag is so bad and youre in the middle of a battle sometimes itll take you several times to log in, and when you finally do, you'll be back at your gate.

Yeah that's exactly what happens. I know the server is the root cause, but for some reason I am often the only person in my group who gets fatally lag-boned. : /
