BUG: Grouping Crash

Hi I was just (only a few minutes age) about to start a guild event with one of my guild mates @PainDragon (leader), as soon as he sent the invite my game froze. A message came up saying the game crashed and I had to force quit. I managed to log back in a few moments later and I came back to my camera constantly spinning around on the spot, I couldn't control the camera, but I could use WASD (so I assume I could control my character and the menus fine). My cursor seemed to be stuck on the mouse (in-game icon, but not the crosshairs), I tried to put it back so I could control the camera but it was a no go. Then I noticed I had received two messages (presumably from hirelings) and an invite in my notifications. I accepted my invite and chose not to teleport to his/her location and the game froze again. This time I had to use Process Manager to close the game. The third and final time I logged back in (no issues there) and the spinning seemed to have been removed, but I still couldn't move my camera (yes I tried to press my key to turn it back to the crosshairs), and I told my group just to kick me and I'm going to have to use Process Manager to stop the Process again.

Server: Liveeu (European Megaserver).
System: PC.
Nearby Players: Many (it was a city).
Perspective: 1st person.
Plug-Ins: First time many, second time none, third time none.
Group Total: 3, all members located in different locations.
Internet Speed and Latency: 10-20mbps, with wired connection.
FPS: 40-120.
Other crashes today: I experienced a crash when I first tried to start the game a few hours ago, a bug report was sent.

Oh I forgot to mention, I realise (I'm British, we DO NOT spell it with a z, do you understand that auto-correct) the spinning could have been down to an external source such as a gamepad, but no such device was connected. My control method is mouse and keyboard and both seem to be working fine.
