I'm thinking of leveling up a character to vr14 for the 3rd time, only to get more goldkeys. I'm that desperately to get the Valkyn Skoria shoulders.

Am I alone about this craziness?

    No your not. I am helping several guild mates work for that exact set. Craziness? Maybe. Are you alone, not by a long shot!!

    I don't understand - why can't you get gold keys with your existing characters rather than leveling a new one to VR14? Is it because you want to do multiple vet pledges per day?

    Ironically I have several shoulders. It's the helm I can't seem to get to drop (and that's the only one.)

    I've multiples of every other. :|
    Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.
    I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
    Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS

    OK, got it. That was the only reason I could think of why you might want more VR14s, but I wasn't sure if I was mising something.

    Personally I haven't wasted any time in trying to get these. My main is a healer who runs a 5/5 Seducer/Healers Habit and to try one of these sets out would just break what I already have. IMO the monster sets are for Tanking and DPS only.

    Dude you're by far alone in this. Lol it wouldn't surprise me if at least a handful of my friends have done it. Skoria and access to trials have lead to many new chars.

    Skoria is decent...but feels like it lost its magic post nerf..putting on 2 pieces with spell dmg brings more beef to dps.
