After 4 hours on hold I gave in. I am at your mercy admins! PLEASE PLEASE HELP! I have done every bit of troubleshooting possible and still I cannot get emails from ESO , not even username/password request/reset emails. It's not my spam/junk or blocked or any other such nonsense on my email settings end. I need to change my email on my account but I can't get in touch with you. HALLLLLLP!
