Finally go scratched on full moon....

Went in to the shrine, transformed...but didn't. I am still me but now I am in the position of werewolf. Got 2 abilities slotted, but can't use them as I am still me.....
I abandoned quest, and it's the same. Reloadui and quit completely.... Help ?

Edit to add, just did the quest looking like that and it is now fixed.
