Game Crashes (Fatal Error 3 Client Fatal Error) Every time on entering Avanchnzel in the Rift.

This has happened three time in a row. I try to enter this public delve and I get the obnoxious text box that says: "We're Sorry. The Elder Scrolls Online has Quit Unexpectedly."

Please help ASAP.

Just tried again. That one dungeon crashes EVERY time I try to enter. Please do not ignore this ZOS

Thanks for letting us know this is happening! If you can submit a /bug report when you are in the location of the delve, it will send the information to the appropriate team to be able to investigate this issue fully.

I can't enter the delve though. just outside it?

If you can get as close as possible to the step where you crash and submit the bug report describing what has happened previously, what the step is that you would take to crash it, and as much information into a /bug report as possible from that location, it will give the most information available to our team to try to reproduce this and research it for you!
