Foulchu STILL BROKEN!

ZOS, I don't know how many attempts you've had to fix this but it's STILL BROKE, with Foulchu stuck on the balcony where he spawns.

In the 1-50 version there are sometimes enough players to DPS more than his regen, I did it today and it took around 10 MINS, if you have it broken in VR1 or VR6 variants, forget it, you'll never complete it.

Seriously, if you can't fix, CHANGE IT so he's on the ground when he spawns, it's ridiculous it's still broken after all this time and so many failed attempts to fix it.

    But... That can't be true. ZoS said they fixed it, so... You must be lying, I guess.
    I have never known ZoS to say they fixed something and then it wasn't fixed.
    Like postern doors... Fixed immediately and without problems.

    As far as I remember this was never a bug, you just haven't actually completed the step before which is to kill the enemies in the camp? At least when I thought this was bugged it was only my own fault, the exact same thing.

    This bug has existed a very long time, I first suffered it back last summer .. Foulchu spawns on the balcony and refuses to jump down, meaning only ranged DPS can kill him and it needs to be high enough to overcome his innate health regen, which at 1-50 is doable but VR1 and VR6 most certainly isn't in my experience.

    When I've suffered this all trash in the instance are dead, if they're not then they haven't spawned so they can be seen/attacked.

    Either way, this problem has existed a long time and in the patch 2.0.4 notes ZOS admitted it was bugged as they attempted not for the first time (and obviously failed) to fix it

    If I go in alone, kill all the trash below he does spawn properly. He will bug if you start shooting at him before the NPCs are dead. If I see other players in there I wait till they give up and leave then go in and do the quest. Somewhere in the code they need to address the bug that seems to stop his spawning if you hit him before the NPCs are delt with.
