I have sent 3 requests for customer support since Thursday, why have I not gotten a response?

    They are super busy these days. It has been taking an average of around 3-5 days to get a response to my tickets. Just make sure you don't duplicate tickets for the same issue. That will really slow it down.

    It also depends on the type of request. If you send in a bug report in-game, it says on the confirmation that you may not get a reply unless they need more information from you.
