Also I personally feel the open world and delve creatures are, for the most part, fairly standard and about what you'd expect.
.
I just wanted to quickly point out that the wording of one of the "no" questions is a bit misleading regarding the poll question.
"No, I want everyone to be obligated to play the same difficulty" - In the question, you asked if the individual player would use the feature... but in this "no" response, you're saying that not only would they NOT use it, they would prohibit other players from using it as well.
There is no option which says, "I would not use this but wouldn't care if others did."
I think that an important opinion to include, since it shows whether or not people think it would have an adverse effect on their game if others used a slider.

Oops sorry....can I add an option?

Probably too late now... but the poll can still be useful to get a general estimate of what people might think.
No, I don't want to see a difficulty slider.
I want to see this game de-Themepark-ed.
I think:
1) All creatures in all areas should have a set and specified difficulty with regards to what they actually are (i.e. VR7 Skeevers should never be a thing) rather than where they are.
2) All (faction specific) zones should be open at all times. Different areas within those zones will have higher level creatures in them (i.e. venturing into your neighbour's rat cellar at L1 won't be a problem... but wandering into the nearest Daedric ruin at the same level should earn you a good kicking).
This would mean that:
1) You could select the difficulty of content you wanted to interact with at each point. Since you aren't tied to a specific zone, if that one doesn't offer quests of your level or content that is difficult/easy enough to handle then you can move to another. This does away with the overleveling-a-zone worry as quest material within a zone will have a variety of levels associated with it.
2) There will still be a reason to visit all zones. The early zones might have more in the way of peaceful areas now, however there may well have been that Ayeleid delve that you had been eying for a while and now have the power to go back and plunder to your heart's content. This also means no population progression "bulge" as there will be level appropriate content in most, if not all, zones... rather than everyone sitting in the VR10/Craglorn zones because those are the only ones with stuff to do in.
3) It will feel more like a world. More immersion and a greater sense of verisimilitude.
... just my thoughts on why a "difficulty slider" might be setting our hopes a little low.

Otherwise I really dont care I just looking for maximum efficiency most of the time (Xp&Gold per hour).
