How to refill bow?

The bow has a horizontal bar like other weapons, but whereas other weapons can be refilled by vendors I can't find a vendor to refill the bar for the bow, even vendors that sell bows. I'm afraid my bow isn't as potent as it could be, but I'm a newbie, what do I know? How do I get the bar back up to its normal strength?

Use a soul gem (appropriately leveled) to charge the weapon. You either Find these or buy them. Alternatively you can find/buy empty ones and full them yourself via the skill line under the World skill tree.

To be more specific, right click on the bow in your inventory screen and select charge. You'll need an appropriate level filled soul gem, select it and you're done.

Vendors only "refill" the bars of armor, which represents its "damaged" state.
Weapons bar (not just bow, all weapons) indicate the "magic charge" of their enchantments, and need soul gems to be recharged.

Also, for future reference, choosing to re-enchant with weapon with a glyph works too. Glyphs are usually pretty cheap.
