Game quitting unexpectedly

Before ESO became 'Tamriel Unlimited' the game very rarely crashed; now it crashes just about every time I play and I submit a report as requested. I am also getting pauses during the game where the screen goes to 'load' mode for a few seconds, then returns. Occasionally the whole screen just freezes and then quits. Why is this happening now when it didn't before? Is anyone else having similar issues?
