When I click play on the launcher nothing comes up, just ran the repair and it did not work.

Can you hear the music from the game? Sometimes this happens and then you have two ESO icons on your windows bar. You can then click on the second one and it's the game. I get this here and there.NA Server - Kildair0 -

✭Can you log into the Account page on the web site? Double check there that you've accepted the user licenses as well as entered in your game code. If you've done all that as well as restarted your machine/closed out the launcher and reopened with no success, you may need to reinstall. You'll probably want try and contact customer service before the reinstall.NA Server - Kildair0 -

Can you try the following : Please go to My Documents/The Elder Scrolls Online/Live and look for the UserSettings.txt file. Then perform the following steps:- Open UserSettings.txt with Notepad
- Press Ctrl + F and search for RequestedNumThreads
- This brings you to the line SET RequestedNumThreads "X" (with a number instead of X)
- Change that number to 0 (zero, not the letter O)
- Save and close the document
- Restart the launcher and try to launch the game
