Er no, so only those with Win10 .. clearly a minority for a long time and IMO not worth the development resources needed to make it happen while the game has huge problems is areas clearly nothing to do with FPS issues.

I'm actually shocked that so many people are still running 32-bit clients for gaming these days.
I get that people "multitask" and that most 32-bit users are running a lot of business applications for stability and all, but when you choose gaming you've really got to realize that holding back memory access causes a huge bottleneck. I personally run both on my machines, and I'm 64-bit all the way- if I need to run strictly 32-bit applications for "stability" I'll simply run them in a VM instead.
Opening up the client to 64-bit actually helps them in a number of ways to be more inclusive of other technologies- including interaction with video GPU's etc.

its not true if you have old Nvidia video card
all their old cards like GTX 660 etc support DX12 with unreleased beta drivers right now
thats why Nvidia better than Radeon
look at the screenshot in the first post - on the model of video card
to support dx12 for Radeon you really need newest video card
But think of the fps you could get during those loading screens, eh?b92303008rwb17_ESO wrote: »Have mercy on ZOS, please. They can't even fix the load screen issue.
