PATCH 2.0.5 ERROR - Burning Talons

The animation for Dark Talons is now broken. You can not tell when you cast your talons other then seeing a flaming orb around the NPC / Other Player. The talons are still "working" jus tthe animation does not show up now. Minor issue, just want to make sure you are aware @ZOS_GinaBruno

Fixed an issue where you could not view any effects. Note that this would only affect what you saw, and not what others could see.
