Enlightenment working?

Hi all, I recently moved from the EU server to NA. I had a VR char on EU and everytime I logged on, after a period of inactivity, I would be enlightened on the EU server. I have recently got to VR1 on NA server but eveytime I log in with that character I never have any enlightenment.

Just wondering if you need to be logged off for a period of 24 hours before any is provided or is it accumulated during period of inactivity?

You get 1CP worth of enlightenment every 24 hours regardless of if you login or not.

In my case, i have got NONE of the supposed enlightenment, my vet char is halfway to vr3, got 3 champ points, it's been more than a week since i hit vr on it. It just plain doesn't exist for me.

Same. On my EU char I was getting CP a lot quicker. I have raised a support call in game - hope they can sort it out!

I did. And sent a message to support because i'd like an answer from them. It's not much fun getting left in the dirt as far as champ points go just because the system is broken.

I feel like regardless of how much I play its always on.

Apparently this is a known issue and is being looked at. Hopefully will get a patch soon as with them apparently removing VR ranks, playing my VR character is pointless as I will just be wasting quest/area XP since I have no enlightenment

Im on EU and since i got to vr1 i didnt see any moment in which i was enlighted. Now im vr 5 with 10 cp. Submitted bug and CS mail. Response was "its just an ui bug" which is clearly not.

same for me.ever since i got vr1 a month ago,i always been enlightened, always.doesnt matter how much i play,take day off or play every day,ALWAYS enligh, at vr2 now i got about 10 cp .
