I'm in a part of the mission where I have to find and free the hostages but the location marked on the map (in a house) are no hostages to release, only 3 NPC enemies.

After repeatedly entering and leaving the house appeared in the basement.
I guess they have a rather longer than usual time of reappearance, maybe another player's release and were not available to me, there is, what matters is that already appeared.
