Graphical "Static" Glitches?

I'm not sure what's going on with this, but since the Unlimited update I've had this weird graphical glitch pop up whenever I try to log on.
I was using SweetFX at one time but uninstalled it thinking it was the cause. It still does it, though.

Hookgrin✭✭✭Have you tried running repair in the Launcher? Kind of looks like corrupted text data. Does this only happen on the load screen or is all text in game like this?1 -
Styrlaug✭✭✭I've run the repair feature a few times and it's not fixed anything.
Yeah, all the text in the game messes up like this if this happens. All the menu buttons and everything.

if there is OPENGL - change it to D3D11 or D3D9.1
