I love ESO PvP, it is the only reason I played as long as I did and it is the main reason I have come back to the game and it is also the reason I left. To be more specific the connection issues are why I left, they were awful, 6 months in and I had a weekend were myself and half the PvP guild I was in literally spent more time disconnecting and trying to reconnect than playing the actual game. It was insane, the biggest appeal to ESO PvP for me is the giant battles and sieges players can have but as soon there was any semblance of large groups the megaserver pooped its pants and the game was unplayable.
Anywho, since the game is now F2P and it has been out for a year I figured I would come back, see whats new and try enjoy some of the PvP I so very much missed. 2 days now and no dramas, no crashes, no lag, nothing ... ... until I entered Cyrodiil. It isn't even peak hours, the server populations are all low but the first siege I rock up to BAM, nothing but lag and disconnects. This is so freakin infuriating I love the PvP in this game, hell I was one of the first ever emperors but as soon as there is more than 30 players in one spot the game is just unplayable.
Is it just Australia's crappy internet? Is it an issue that effects those outside the US? Does it still effect those in the US? Has this issue just not been addressed at all since I stopped playing? Can anyone tell me WTF is going on?
