So, i really enjoyed getting to VR1. The levelling pace was decent and enjoyable. Then I made VR and realised with horror I needed 1 million XP to obtain VR2!!
While I fully understand why they did this (so you can experience the other factions zones via silver / gold). Doing this, makes alting rather obsolete don't you think? I am something of a self confessed alt-a-holic, and would like to experience the other zones with a new class.
I know by now, this thread is a commonplace and no doubt I'll be flamed for it...but I really cannot put the time in now (I have a life and family) to grind / quest through other zones just to obtain VR14. I idea of needed 14 million XP is offputting frankly - my grinding days are over thankyou!
So I guess I'll be alting until VR1, wash, rinse and repeat...that makes me most lugubrious, since I really love my character and wanted to get VR14 in a more conducive and sensible way.
This is just my personal feelings, and one should have a right to express them without generating hate.
Thanks

Every vet zone is roughly 1 level as oppose to previous zones (level 1-50) where one zone will get you 4-5 levels (more or less). This change might be a bit of a surprised, but you get used to it. NO GRINDING is even required, just do the quest (play the game and you'll gain the levels)
I also want to put it to your attention to the following threads. This will make you realize that the game is already too easy (and rightfully so as the difficulty has been nerfed a long time ago - which sucks for some of us that liked the original difficulty). Making exp more available in vet zones (to level quicker) so you can gain higher veteran ranks than the level of what is required to complete each zone is just asking for too much, might as well ask for an instant v14 potion from ZOS (which is never going to happen). Honestly enjoy the game. You are only v1, getting a veteran level may take you an hour and a half to three hours of completing one whole veteran map just doing quests, no grind is required!
ESO PVE difficulty is so easy it's frustrating

This game is TOO easy (PVE)

Honestly, many players these days are looking for easy way out to gain max level. Long gone are the days of EQ where getting a level takes days and getting killed continuously might make you lose exp (or even a level!)
