Finally got my access code and the code is wrong

Same here. I bought the game yesterday and have not been able to play at all yet. It's starting to be very annoying.

Once I have received the code I have never had a problem logging in. I hate to say it but "CAPS LOCK" maybe? It does have to be exactly as the email to work. Hopefully that's the issue.
