WW bug - combat becomes unresponsive

My husband and i just came back to ESO a week ago. He decided to try a WW for the first time. He completed the quest, and when he turns into a WW he can combat for 30 or so seconds, when suddenly, combat stops working. He is also stuck in WW form. The only way to fix this is to relog. Note: (when he relogs, i still see him in wolf form, but on his end, he is back to normal). He has this happen 100% of the time he uses ultimate to transform into a ww. Is WW seriously THIS broken? Is anyone else having this issue? We've asked in G-chat but no one seems to have this. He doesn't use any costume on his toon either. I haven't got a WW to see if it happens to me too. But this is happening all the time since he got his WW form a few days ago. Ive googled the forums and cannot find any info regarding this particular issue. He is a Redguard Dragonknight if that helps.

There are many problems where actions simply stop working, usually pressing ESC twice (or another key such as C to bring up a dialog) makes the buttons work again, has he tried that? Never heard of the 'stuck in WW form' before I have to admit, but the unresponsive buttons is a very old problem and one I'd never seen myself till 1.6.

It seems 2.0.4 introduced this bug, and people are either getting unlimited time or are unable to even transform. So yes, the legacy of werewolf bugs lives on, and hopefully this bug gets figured out soon.

Seems the last patch broke Werewolves. Many people are having different issues but all lead to it being unplayable. My problem is i cannot turn into a werewolf since last nights patch. Each time i transform my character remains as an Orc and my abilities remain the same, although the pictures display the WW abilities. Completely broken for me. I've tried relogging, tried in both PvE and PvP same result each time, i cannot transform anymore.
