Time Card Problem?

When entering a new Time Card, get invalid code.

The entry box now says your must enter Game code first then enter any other code. Is this new? do I have to enter my game code first now and then enter a time card code?

Never had to do that before, always just entered the Time Card code.

    fastest way to solve this is to submit a ticket.
    I only added the code when I used the cards.
    Not sure what they changed with TU, been asking about that for a while now.

    The message means you have to redeem your game code on your account first. Meaning if you bought ESO and a Game Time Card at the same time you will have to enter the game code first. Then the Game Time Code

    Which kind of makes sense. If you already have your game redeemed you only need to enter the Game Time Card code
    I have approximate knowledge of many things.

    Game code was redeemed many moons ago, have used many time cards on it.

    This is first time with this problem.
