ZOS, you do lack some real feedback and stop imitating customer support
1st level of zero feedback: forum. 99% of answers here: relog, reload, return later. And here some another thread about you are not the only one.
2nd level of zero feedback: ingame ask for help. 99% of answers are: your call is really important for us. Now you can relog, reload, return later. And here some another thread about you are not the only one.
3rd level of zero feedback: ingame bug-report. It's a massive black hole. Is there any meaning in sending "tickets" or not? Any answers?
No offence with the first part: that's how it normally works.
While the first two stages are absolute meaningless (relog, reload, return later. And here some another thread about you are not the only one), third has no feedback at all.
Example.
I'm going for collectible run, have 10 mobs to drop their stuff left.
And as far as I see something dramatically changed since 1.6.
I've killed thousands and thousands skeletons before that and had 0 Chattering Skulls. And I've got 5-7 for the last week while killed at most 2-3 hundreds.
At the same time I've killed almost 2k harpies, 3k flesh atronachs and 1.5k bull netches. And I have no idea if such ammount of Chattering Skulls dropped means that your collectible system broken and drops only Sculls or it works as it should be.
There's no any point about asking it in forum cause relog and return later doesn't work.
I've asked for help via ingame tool. And I've got the answer that they don't know and _here some another thread about you are not the only one_.
I've wrote a bugreport and there'd be absolutely no answer. It's just not supposed to be.
So, instead of aggregating 2nd and 3rd stages they are absolutely divided.
Should I go on farming hundreds and hundreds of mobs or not? Does the collectible system works or not? And that's just an example.
There are a lot of bug reports I wanted to get some answers.
