I'm trying to log into my account to edit my billing info but cannot as your system is not sending me the verification email. Others are complaining about this same issue in the "general" forum. What's going on?
We have contacted our Customer support team to help you solve your issue.

Try adding 'noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com' in your email contacts list maybe?

Hey there, @Kildayen. Blo0dstorm has some good advice! Additionally, we recommend checking your junk or spam folders in case the verification email ended up there. Please let us know if you're still having trouble getting your code and we'll put you in touch with Support.

I have a friend with this problem.

Yes, I know in a perfect world he would be writing this post. However, I bought him the game, mailed it to him (we live in different parts of MN) and encouraged him to login.

That was .... Friday 3/19. He started trying to login, and always got the same result: no confirming e-mail. This is a fairly computer savvy guy (since he's built at least 3 of them and runs a domain). Nothing in trash, nothing in spam, nothing. Tried again with (at last count) four different e-mail addresses.

On Sunday 3/22 we spoke by phone, and busybody that I am (and I'd really like to be able to share this game with him). I sent in my own ticket
    Question Reference # 150322-001771

Asking what could be done. I got back a "we can't tell you what we are doing about this, but we'll keep an eye out" sort of e-mail reply. Friendly enough. I had given his preferred e-mail address in my report (with his permission).

I spoke to him today. He isn't sure how many times he's tried to get the confirmation e-mail sent, but nothing. Also no reply of any kind to any of his tickets (despite the one to me).

    Any suggestions?

Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

Hey @ZOS_TristanK. Thanks for responding. I actually already did all those things before I made my post. I apologize for not including the fact that I did so in my original message. Can we escalate this to the next level please? I'd like to get this resolved ASAP.

    Thanks!

    Kildayen,
I have this issue as well. I updated the game yesterday, even did a 30 day subscription. tried to log in and got the authorization message and never received the email. I went out of the game and verified that the email was not in junk mail, verified the address was in my safe senders list. went so far as to ensure the proper ports are open on the firewall as per the faq on the support page. still the same thing, I need to re-authorize my computer to play. which I think its interesting, this is the only machine I have played it on, and have authorized it in the past.
any assistance on how to resolve this would be great.

Could by any chance all those people have same email provider?

I was just thinking about posting that question, @Blo0dstorm

My email provider is Comcast. Anyone else using Comcast?

I first had this problem back in beta and it took them 2 weeks to fix this problem. you would think after 2 years this problem would be fixed by now. Just so you know I already did all the things suggested and even have there email whitelisted
