No PLAY button in launcher?

Great work, ZOS, great work!
Another patch - another bugs!
Now not only Malabal Tor is a location hard to login, not only you stopped recognizing my password, you've done smth that launcher doesn't show me PLAY button.
It looks like attached screenshot now.
I close Launcher, start it again - no result. And only some 7-8 tries later I get finally Play button.
Great work, ZOS, every patch everything becomes better and better.
