✭✭It's not only vr13 daggers, vr14 daggers are also bugged.
It's very frustrating if you finally get the dagger you want and then realize that it is not working.

Thank you for taking the time to test and post about these issues.
We've identified the root cause for both the Weapon Damage and Twin Slashes enchantment not being applied correctly, and we've put in a fix on our internal builds.
Once this fix is verified, we plan to push these changes in the next Live incremental update.
Just to clarify, once this update goes live you should expect the following.
1. Each Master's Dagger enchantment will increase the damage of the Twin Slashes bleed
2. Each Master's Dagger enchantment will properly increase your Weapon DamageRobbie Stevens
