Quest Bugged - Heart of Evil

Hello, i cant take quest Heart of Evil after finishing quest Destroying The Dark Witnesses that is supposed to lead me to NPC that gives me said quest.
I talked to NPC and finished quest Destroying The Dark Witnesses but she doesnt give me next quest in line called Hear of Evil!
Did anyone have this issue and how did u resolve it?
It is a main quest in Bangkorai and i have to finish it!

Lowenhigh✭✭My wife and I also both had this problem yesterday and the day before. We finished Destroying the Dark Witnesses, and turned it in with the ranger lady at the top of the map that gives the Heart of Evil questline, but she did not give us the next part of the chain.
We really wanted to do that quest, because it looked awesome. We second this person's problem!0 -
Gromzok✭✭Ok quest is not bugged it seems u need to finish main quest inside town cause it is connected to this chain in order to get Heart of Evil quest.0
