Yo, welcome to 1.6. meta. Dont expect too much tho, for this is my first stamina build ever. My situational awareness sucks, i often forget to refresh my (new) buffs - well the usual stuff. But i think i did OK, when taking into consideration, that i had to erase my whole DK Playstyle from before 1.6. for the new meta.

    Very entertaining video. Your skill selection is a little different than the norm (there were a couple of times when Wrecking Blow would have finished an opponent early) so it was interesting to see. On my stamina DK I also use the 1 piece Bloodspawn hat for the stamina regen & I like it.

    I have to say i dont like wrecking blow at all. I like mobility on my stambuild and a "spell" with a casttime prevents me from being mobile. :smile:

    Also i think wrecking blow is the most cheesiest thing there ever was in TESO. Hits for 10-13k Damage and has a 7 meter range (+extended range because of seriously bad coding). It has to be nerfed to the ground, every idiot can own people with it.

    • Fix Volendrung (spawn location - weapon white on the map causing the wielder to keep it forever - usable with emperorship)
    • Remove / Change CPs System, remove current CP/noCP campaigns and introduce one 30days with lock, one with no locks
    • Fix crashes when approaching a keep under attack because of bad / wrong rendering prioritization system
    • Change emperorship to value faction score points and not alliance points - see this and this
    • Fix long loading screens (mostly caused by players joining group out of rendering range)
    • Add 2 more quickslots to the wheel or add a different wheel for sieges weaponry only

    I'm a bit skeptical about nerfing WB alone to the ground, Yuke. It's very very strong and all but it's one of the few skills with enough damage and CC to work your way through magic shields. Especially for DKs that lack a direct damage spell like NBs with surprise attack.

    I think if WB were to be nerfed, further rebalancing would be required

    I think if WB were to be nerfed, further rebalancing would be required

    WB simply needs to be interuptable like every other cast time skill (crystal frags, snipe, etc). Also, the range checks on the skill are wonky and should be looked at.

    (Heavy attacks should be interuptable, too.)

    I fully agree on heavy attacks being interruptable. They are free of cost, deal huge damage in 1.6 and they return resources. There needs to be a disincentive to do it. You should be able to get bashed or interrupted with Venom Arrow/ Crushy Shock

    IF they change WB they need to do small steps with this, not go nuclear like they usually do. If there's one change that needs to happen is to slightly reduce the range. They also need to fix that certain melee attacks are not dodgeable, like Flame Whip. Stamina builds are going to love that fix.

    My worry is that if we start nerfing damage, tanks and ward spammers (like me) will become even stronger. A further rebalance will be required then and I don't think zos will be willing to mess with balance so early into 1.6. I think the skills will mostly stay like this for another month until they collect more data

    None of them can be interrupted. You can stop them by hard CC'ing them (for example with a Frag or Magnum Shot or Invasion) but you can't use interrupts on them like bash, Crushy Shock, Venom Arrow.

    Ironically this "bash to interrupt" is the very first mechanic you learn in tutorial, but apparently it's too good to apply to PvP... /facepalm

    I think you may be correct here. In another month or two dedicated players will be getting near 225 champion points. This will unlock several new survivability passives in addition to raw per cent bonuses. (e.g. +75% shield armor)

    Good video and hd quility is best so far I've seen in this forum. I enjoyed watching.
    Thread going bit of off topic though. But if you want balance shields, make tham scale off health like blazing shield and bone shield. And you will have no more best burst and best shields in one build.
    And for uppercut, I totally agree it's out of control right now and it has to be reverted to what it was in pre 1.6.

    Atleast they have to decrease range of WB to 5 Meters (and recode the range check). Its just stupid to have a gap increaser like Magnum Shot and still being in WB range after the use of the skill (6 meter if enemy has immunity).

    I drop Mines, then move behind them to put all 5 of them between me and 2Her and create more space. The 2Her walks to the edge of the mines and hits me with WB from the other side of the mines without having to move over them. GG :confounded:

    Well, sorces and wrecking blow spammers still my biggest challanges. Especially good sorces who know much about gamemechanics in 1.6.
