Texture glitch with D3D9 graphics driver.

Hello!
I have found a cause of texture glitch.
It relates to D3D9 graphic setting in usersettings.txt file.
In D3D11 i have no delay in texture load, but with D3D9 it takes some time.
It appears in full-screen, full screen(windowed) and windowed modes.
