I also get Major Empower which increases my frags damage by 20%. How do you think I get 18k frag crits?

On my sorc with drinks buff I havent any issue with stamina. Imo, you dont need inner light on both bar, I played with it on my burst bar only during a long time, toggle it gives you chances to proc CF+might of the guild and its easy to anime cut it. But inner light was just an example, maybe not a good one, but just to say that entropy isnt that necessary if you manage your stamina (drinks, CP) to be able to use spell power pot. Oh my, let me clear this mess up!
Everyone needs stamina. I dodge and I block, I can't do it excessively, but I won't let my stamina be wasted either.
Magelight is very clunky to use if you don't toggle it, it often won't go off smoothly and if I toggle it, in wich case it would actually give more magicka than Entropy, it suddenly costs 2 slots... with heal/max hp, spell power, HoT and DoT, Entropy is clearly superior if I don't intend to use Magelight on both bars.
Lastly, maybe you didn't notice it since 1.5, but I switched to burst damage now. If I can not get your resources down with sustained damage, I will try to burst you at once, so every little bit helps.
