Interaction not possible

Hi Community!
I started playing ESO again a few days ago and have problem with interacting with NPCs, Mobs and other things frequently.
For some reason I can't click on anything suddenly. For example: I was attacked by a mob, clicked in my mouse and nothing
happened. My character didn't attack back. I could move and run away, but I couldn't use my skills, neither on the hotkeys
on my mouse nor on the keyboard. So I logged off and in again and it worked. Later I wanted to do something on a working table
but couldn't interact with it. I had the same when I wanted to talk to the NPC where you can buy horses. If I point on something
with my mouse it doesn't highlight, there is no text like the name of the NPC and the [E] to interact. It is the same with things
like this working table. Nothing is clickable or usable for me. If I relog it works again.
Does anyone has an idea what causes this? Is this a kind of server lag?
