NPC Movement/Attack Issues In AD At The Maormer Invasion Camp Area

The NPCs in and around the Maormer Invasion Camp don't move. You can attack them and they won't chase you at all. Lots of players just hanging there picking them off over and over. I found when I did engage them during the quest, my character could no longer attack. I had to leave the zone so my ability to attack anything resumed. I could not swing my sword and I was almost out of the zone, far away from the NPC I hit and I was still taking damage from her yet she was still standing in her original spot. Something is wrong in this area of the map today. I came back and transformed into a WW and he was stuck in the pounce position and could not engage or attack. Again I had to leave the zone before he would work properly again. No it isn't my connection, etc. Chat is full of players with the same issues.
