Daedric Summon Ability Bugged

Hello,
I have noticed since the update I have run into a bug wherein my Daedric minion (imp or whatever) refuses to summon. The magicka is removed from my pool and I receive the active buff stating that the minion is active however it is not. Occasionally relogging solves the issue and other times it goes on for anywhere between 15 minutes to an HOUR of being unable to summon my minion despite multiple client restarts and even reloadui commands. As this is a primary class ability I am rather shocked that this is so horribly bugged.

Same here. Cant untsummon them and if i fast travel or go in to a building they disapeare only to return when i log out and back in again.
