[Feature Request] Party Member Compass Markers and Health Bar Options

I'd like to submit a couple of suggestions for minor UI tweaks that would be a big help in some situations.
When you are grouped in a party, the party leader has a crown icon over their head and also has a marker on the compass visible to the other party members. This is OK if the party members need to find the leader, but the leader sometimes needs to locate a party member and having some sort of compass marker for each party member (visible to the other party members, not just the leader) would be useful. It should just be an optional feature that can be toggled on and off for players who don't want these extra markers cluttering the compass.
A second request, could you add a toggle for the HP bars for your party members and not for all friendly characters (and perhaps have the bars in a different color than other friendly characters if both are turned on)? This would also make it easier to scan the terrain or a battle and pick out the members of your group.
