[BUG] A Hostile Situation

A minor bug, so just FYI and to see if anyone else has had the same problem.
A Hostile Situation
Followed the Captain into the temple, went through all the spiel up to the point where the first 2 assasins drop down and attack me. Killed the first one no problem but I could not target 2nd one at all.
To me he was invisible but nevertheless there, he could hit me but I could not hit him with anything.
In the end I just let him kill me and resurrected back at the same spot, he was then fighting the Captain and I was able to approach and target him and kill him.
So, anyone else had this?
